Silver Artist Performance Guarantee

Overview

Modern Musician's mission is to help artists build sustainable, thriving careers. We're confident in our proven 12-week system — and we stand behind it with our Performance Guarantee.

This agreement is designed to reward artists who fully commit to the process and take consistent, measurable action. When you follow the system and complete the required steps, your results are guaranteed.

The Guarantee

If you:

1. Complete all required training modules in the Modern Musician 12-Week Program — watching each video in full and completing the weekly action steps in the portal.
2. Attend at least one group coaching session every week (minimum 12 sessions over 12 weeks) and stay responsive to coaching team communications.
3. Invest at least one hour per day (minimum 5 days per week) into your campaign activities.
4. Invest the qualifying amount for your chosen tier over the course of the 12-week program period (see below).
5. Act in good faith, following community guidelines and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude throughout the program.

Then we guarantee that you will achieve at least a 2× return on your ad investment — or we'll continue working with you until you do.

What "Continue Working With You" Means

If you meet all eligibility criteria and have not achieved a 2× ROAS at the end of 12 weeks:

• You'll retain ongoing access to the StreetTeam platform to run your systems.
• You'll receive continued group coaching and support from our team until you reach the guaranteed result.
• You will not owe any additional 10% commission fees until you reach your goal.
• You'll remain eligible for continued coaching as long as you stay in good standing and comply with all terms of this agreement.

Note: Silver tier includes weekly group coaching sessions. To maintain eligibility for the guarantee, you must attend at least one group coaching session every week (minimum 12 sessions over the 12-week period).

Limitations & Exclusions

To ensure fairness and sustainability, the following are not included in this guarantee:

• Platform usage costs beyond standard limits (e.g. additional email/SMS credits, server storage, or API usage).
• Third-party fees (e.g. ad spend, Stripe processing fees, or vendor software).
• Unverified actions — all tracked steps must be completed inside the Modern Musician portal or verified by the coaching team.
• Failure to allocate or spend the qualifying ad investment within the 12-week program period.
• Missed group coaching sessions — missing more than 1 week of group coaching per 4-week period may void the guarantee.
• Inactivity exceeding 7 consecutive days.
• Negativity, non-compliance, or breach of community guidelines.

Failure to meet these criteria voids the guarantee.

Duration & Good Standing

The guarantee remains valid as long as:

• You maintain good standing with Modern Musician.
• You do not request a refund or cancel participation mid-program.
• You comply with community standards and engage respectfully with the team and other members.
• You attend at least one group coaching session per week.

Commitment & Membership Fees

• Payment options: $1,000 in full or $100 per week for 12 weeks (save 2 weeks when paying in full).
• After 12 weeks:
  • If you achieve your goal, your membership transitions to a 10% commission on revenue generated through the StreetTeam system.
  • If you have not achieved your goal, you remain eligible under the Performance Guarantee until you do.

Disclaimer

This guarantee is a performance-based support commitment, not a promise of earnings or investment return. Success depends on your consistent action, fan engagement, and application of the system.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Modern Musician are non-refundable.

By enrolling in the Modern Musician 12-Week Program, you understand and agree that:

• Your payment secures access to proprietary systems, training, and coaching resources that cannot be "returned" once delivered.
• Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or lack of implementation.
• The Performance Guarantee applies only if you complete all program requirements and does not constitute a money-back guarantee.
• If you withdraw, request a refund, or cancel before completing the 12-week term, the guarantee is void and all fees remain due.

Welcome to a higher standard. With proven systems and weekly group coaching, we'll guide you step by step—and we'll continue with you until the goal is achieved.

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understood the Modern Musician Artist Agreement & Performance Guarantee - Silver Tier.
• I understand that all fees are non-refundable and that my participation constitutes a full commitment to the 12-week program.
• I agree to abide by all participation requirements and Terms of Service.
• I understand that I must attend at least one group coaching session per week to maintain eligibility for the Performance Guarantee.
